VegMed London 2023 is being held in the Sherfield Building at the prestigious Imperial College in South Kensington.

We have full programme planned for both days. Doors will open at 8.30am with the first sessions starting at 9.15am. We aim to finish by 5.15pm both days.
There will be plenty of time allocated for breaks and lunch with lots of opportunity to meet our exhibitors and network with like-minded people. Lunch will be served in the Queen’s Tower Rooms on the ground floor with access to the outside garden area for some fresh air (weather permitting).
All rooms are fully accessible for those with reduced mobility, with lifts for access to the Great Hall and Read Lecture Theatres and accessible toilets on each floor. Please contact us prior to the conference if you have access needs to ensure we have the appropriate procedures in place for you.
Imperial College has made accommodation available for attendees at special rates.

You will be able to check in on the morning of the conference if you don’t come the night before – Imperial will have a representative in the foyer you can see on arrival.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
South Kensington and Gloucester Road tube stations are located within a 10-minute walk of the South Kensington campus.
Both stations are served by the Circle, District and Piccadilly lines. A map of the London underground is available to view on the TfL website.
A number of buses also stop nearby:

CAR PARKING
Imperial College is not able to provide car parking facilities on campus. However, access for deliveries and collections will continue to be available.

There are also a limited number of pay and display bays on the roads surrounding the campus. The bays are heavily used and are charged by the hour (tariffs differ for electric, petrol and diesel vehicles) between 08.30 and 18.30. Borough of Kensington and Chelsea have full details on their website.
