Julia Schneider studied Nutrition Sciences and Home Economics (B.Sc.) and is consultant for vegan and vegetarian nutrition. First she coordinated the EU-project “Vegucation”, an initiative to improve the vocational education and training for chefs. Since 2013 she is part of the organizational team of VegMed. During her studies she was influenced and inspired by alternative and sustainable lifestyles. Thus she went vegan 3 years ago. Meanwhile Julia Schneider supports the ProVeg Business Team with its distribution of the V-Label and manages seminars for food retailers.
